If, for any reason, you wish to return any items ordered, you should contact our Customer Service through the email stating the order number, the reference of the product(s) to be returned and the reason for the return.

We will email back to you instructions and documents for the returning shipping. We will arrange for the return shipping at no cost for you.

Then, please place the items to return inside the original box, attach waybill to the outside of the box and wait for the carrier to collect the package at your address.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return an item. In order to respect this deadline and to prevent any delay in shipping, we recommend that you contact our Customer Service as soon as possible.

Once your return has been received, verified by the designer/brand confirming that that the merchandise is in good conditions and complies with our returns policy (please see the Terms and Conditions section), we will refund you by your original payment method.

Please note the following:

1) We do not do direct exchange of products. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and then place a new order. You will receive a refund for the original item, excluding the original cost of shipping;

2) We advise all customers to check the items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging;

3) Products that have been used will not be accepted for return. Products must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags. Footwear and accessories must be returned in the original boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box;

4) If the item comes with a security tag this must be left on. If the security tag is removed then the returned item will not comply with the returns policy and, therefore, will not be accepted for returning;

5) Items that fail to meet these requirements will be send back to the customer.

All payments made will be reimbursed, excluding the cost of shipping.

Please note that if you are based outside the European Union you may need to pay taxes and duties on the return.

Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to processing times between payment providers.
